I'm not sure how others do it, but I used a dremel with the sander accessory.
I skipped the dipping in bleach like others do, I was short on time (at work) if you know what I mean.
Very nice! Red leg...if you search spur cleaning.. there is a very good step by step process that someone posted.
Maybe its just me but I think I count 15 spurs. Am I missing one?

Yes unfortunately onebroke in the process.
Get the marrow out fast, same for the red skin, that helps the bone stay white.
Let them dry, and sand them with a Dremel drum sander, and the usually turn out pretty good.

GREAT JOB. wish i could be so patient.
I rub the bone down with Borax to dry, preserve, and whiten.
The whole process is simple with a dremel tool. The 2 difficult things about this, The smell,and the red skin can be a pain at times to remove.
