Title: Deep fried turkey recipes ?

I picked one of my birds this year and kept him whole. I am planning on frying him in a couple weeks. Do yall have any fried turkey recipes to share ? I fried one last year and it came out good but I am always willing to try new recipes.

Make sure you use peanut oil.
