I just got this cedar over Alaskan Sitka Spruce Longbox from Dan Whittenberg today. I have only had a few minutes to mess with it but it sounds nice and is a beautiful call.

Yoder has never seen me run one. Sounds great one day and sounds like hell the next.
He did build me an awesome leather holster for a Longbox.
Dan includes a nice leather case with his longbox as well

That is cool being Cedar over Sitka, reminds me of my guitar building days...lol....I did try to build a long box one time with Cedar/Sitka and I failed miserably.
Dan told me he buys his wood from a shop that specializes in musical instrument wood and that he used to build guitars.
