Well, I managed to get it done on my third hunt out. Opening day had a big boy taken away by a lone hen and second day I took a Jake. Went out this morning and it was pretty much textbook. Gobbled good on roost and flew down and went silent. I had a decoy set up which consisted of three hens. one in breeding position and King Strut behind her in mounting position. Old boy came to field with 5 hens and saw king strut and ran about 200 yds across field for a good fight, which he ended up losing!! Will post pics later
