Hello fellas,
My name is Brian and I'm new to the forum as well as custom call making (pot calls only). I frequent a couple of other turkey hunting forums and a buddy tipped me off to this one. I must say that this seems like a wonderful environment for just about anything turkey related.
I have attached a few pictures of my latest call that I finished last weekend. It's a walnut pot that is slate over glass and sounds very nice. Contains all the goodies to lure in birds with high pitch, nice rollover, and good rasp as well. This is only my second finished call to date and I look forward to showing you all many more of my calls that I make in the future. I also look forward to getting to know many of you on this forum! Season opens up here in KY next Saturday and I'm chomping at the bit to get out there! Thanks for looking,
-Brian

I live/hunt in Marion Co. (Lebanon) KY. If you're looking at a map of KY and put your finger in the dead center that's where I'll be hunting this Saturday for opening morning ;D
And thanks to all of you guys for the warm welcome and positive responses on my calls. It's something that I've just started and I've learned something new with every pot I've turned so far. I've played this call with many different strikers but I really like a rosewood striker on this one. It can flat talk turkey and I'm very very satisfied with the sound of this one!
