That was made for me by my friend, Roland Martin. Yes, the fisherman. Lol
It's styled after a Neil Cost we used to hunt with made from a butternut barn on Johnny Morris's place in Central, Mo.
He said it was prototype 200 Hahahah. Most the earlier ones he build lay on his shop floor.

ha!! Roland Martin... now I understand the long text on the box, Roland never was shy on talking or I guess writing..
So I've fished all my life. I'm 37. Started bass fishing at 4. My Dad took me way before that. Always had me in the boat. From 9 years old on, I've gone fishing just about every week. I find it very cool that you have a turkey call made by Roland Martin. I've always been a fan of his fishing and TV show growing up.
Try one from Old Crow from Pensacola FL. This calls full of turkey
cant say enough about Dan Wittenberg,,you will treasure it
Thanks all for the comments and suggestions, you all rock!!!

Nice collection....
3 long boxes I really like are Billy Bush, Roger Parks, and Ralph Snodgrass. I don't know if they will deviate from what they normally make or not Billy usually uses Osage and butternut. The call I got from Roger has an aluminum lid.And I am not sure what All Ralph uses. They are all great calls though.
I do not know as much as everyone else but I have been trying to get a longbox from some of the "Old" masters, so far I have Russel Beard, Marlin Watkins, Ernie Fetters and recently spoke with Ralph Snodgrass and expecting one from him near the end of Summer.
