Looks a lot like the adjustable Trumpet I make but I didn't make that one, but very similar!

Thank's for asking O.D. my health is getting worse every day, I've only got 38% lung capacity left and get worn out very easily. Spending about 25% of my time in the shop, just can't go all day anymore. Bedge7767 thank you for your kindness, but I think your call look very good and I'm sure it sounds really well, I sure hope you find who made it, wish I could help but I don't know either.
