I have several custom calls to try out this year but as of right now I would have to take my Woodhaven Cherry slate. Its helped me pack out a lot of gobblers over the last 10 years or so.
Clint Corder Osage Glass over Slate
Either a Mabry aluminum or Spring Allure slate
Tough question for guys who have a truckload of pot calls. I would have to say my halloran twisted sister. I have some that I feel are in a class above it , but man that things got some kills under it.
Eddie Wynne Persimmon slate with a hickory striker.
Halloran Crystal Mistress- before I really started using pot calls much... a friend had one and used it to kill a bunch. I purchased one and have confidence in it after some seasons and birds with it. I have since bought a handful of other pots ( and use them more) but that one has a history and confidence with me

I listened to Roger on that call last night .
It's definitely an all in one call. I was impressed.

If just one, probably have to be an all-weather. For me that would have to be my Enticer Silver Thunder aluminum.

Billy White's raspy slate
Old school I like it, I have killed more birds with that zebrawood White slate call and a purpleheart Andy Kaiser striker than any pot I own been hunting one for 20 years now.
Enticer Wet one Classic. Plays great wet or dry.

X2 on the Yingling copper. He's got a lot of good calls that sounds like turkey to me.
Right now I would go with Brad Roberts aluminum pot. Stumpy Ceramic sycamore would be a close second. Birds seem to love both

I have a very plain style Chain Reaction slate that I got 3 tears ago. I have killed or called in 5 birds so far with that call including an opening day bird this year. It will be in my vest a long time

Right now MAC Calls Blue Mahoe red slate.
I couldn't just pick one anymore, I have a lot of good ones but the one that has killed the most birds for me is a M.A.D slate call in a plastic pot I bought back in the early 90's. It's got grooves in spots from me conditioning it. I have gotten way more than my $30 worth out of it and I wouldn't sell it for $300. I have semi retired it the last couple years but plan on letting my boys use it to call in a bird sometime. It has already called in their first turkeys for them . You can be successfull with a wide range of calls from cheap to expensive you just have to hunt one often to have confidence in it.
Halloran Crystal Mistress is my go to confidence pot.
Would be my John Sinclair Gaboon Ebony Titanium with Ebony Striker.
Two weeks ago it would have been a Daybreak aluminum. Today it would be a Bill Lyman micarta aluminum
If moisture wasn't in the mix... Wynne zebra wood slate
