Crystal over copper or aluminum

I've seen but not run Halloran's Metal Mouth, and I know there are a few other crystal over aluminum calls.  Anyone run a crystal over aluminum or copper?  If so, what were your impressions?

i have heard a crystal over aluminum but personally like glass over aluminum better.  I have never run or heard a crystal over copper call.  Scoot
