Turned a few dymalux strikers tonight. I've had a sheet of this stuff for a few months now and finally cut into it. Turns nice and best of all it sounds great on the glass calls I ran them on. In the batch is a dymondwood striker. I found the blank yesterday while cleaning up my work area in the garage. You can't tell the difference in the look as they are both charcoal silver but I will say this. Dymnodwood is harder for sure. I never thought there was much of a difference but after turning the dymalux and doing the dymondwood last you could feel the difference in the way the tools cut the blank. All being said it will still do the trick and sounds great on the calls. Much better than spectra ply. Thanx for the look and all are spoken for.
