Post by: jg on April 04, 2016, 07:55:31 AM
went out early yesterday morning to listen and when i pulled up to the farm it was 36 degrees. So not much gobbling but I did see 6 toms out in the field strutting on some hens.My nephew called me after i went home and said they were hammering about 5:30 in the evening. we are located a couple of miles from the cove creek access to Greers Ferry lake

its still almost 2 weeks away so it will be hard to tell. But, think positive!! I live in little rock and boy theres a big difference in the foliage between here and up north by the lake. Spring has come to arkansas early this year
