Friend wanted a new gun & his wife told him he had to sell some old ones first so I was able to pick this up for $80. Stevens 320 12guage like brand new.... This same shotgun is $199 new @ Walmart.......... I think I got a good deal

Its legal as long as its not a semiauto or as long as it doesn't have a pistol grip on the forend.
