As stated I have a old Brad Roberts poplar bronze glass over aluminum call that has been in my call collection since 2017. My question is what striker are yall using on it? I cant remember what striker came with it back in the day.
Was likely dymondwood came with it. Saw your other post and about your preferred sound; I like snakewood on my Roberts glass if I'm trying to lay the rasp to it.

I had one of these pots, ordered it with Brad's Snakewood striker, ran nicely with it.
Brads dymondwood runs good on it

What does that striker look like that comes with it. Shape or color?
I have so many but no idea which striker it is.

Kind of looks like Ipe but I am 100% positive its Granadillo. When I got it Brad told me thats what it was and I put a "G" on the top with a marker so I could tell it apart from the Ipe I got with another call from him.

I have the same call in a Blue Mahon pot. It sings with a Sinclair Snakewood, and Harold Fowler Osage/Hickory striker.....
That Granadillo Striker is pure business.
