Title: Benelli Super Nova with new Carlson long beard
Post by: MouthCaller on March 06, 2015, 07:49:55 AM
Has anybody tried using a Carlson long beard choke .650 in a benelli super nova? I have that choke and gun and was going to try it out with some long beard 3.5 #5 but it's been WAY too cold here to do anything yet.

Interested here, too.  Just waiting on warmer weather to test this combo out.  I'll be trying #6's though.

I'm interested as well.  I have a Nova.  Wondering if the .650 is too tight?

Way to cold. Come on. :)
Coldest I've shot this year. -22 below zero= hunting rifles
Turkey loads. -9, +1, 27, & 45. The Hevi 6's actually patterened better at 1 degree than they did at 45 degree.
