Why wouldn't it be??? They are for sale all the time. They are all over eBay as well. They aren't migratory birds... That is a different story.

In N.J. it's illegal (of course, what isn't).
I'm sure you can give 'em away without getting in trouble...
If it wasnt were you going to call 911?
I think this is illegal if the fans are from WILD birds. With the proper permit you can sell the stuff from farmed "wild" game animals. Without this law in place market hunters nearly exterminated every game animal in the country, so it exists for good reason.
As far as the comment about calling 911, I don't think any of us would do that. My question is if Shannon would potentially be in any hot water if it was known that guys were selling wild game "parts" (for lack of a better term) on his board. I have no idea.
Everyone please relax I'm not gonna sell them I'll pm the person who offered to buy them and decline the transaction. I don't want to out Shannon or anyone else in hot water over 10 bucks or turkey fans.
Consider this a dead issue and I won't make this error again
Pm sent and transaction cancelled Mods please delete if needed.
What is the difference between a wild turkey wingbone and a fan, or spurs, or feathers? They are all parts of a wild turkey. Right?
