My son ordered this call for me. I had no idea he was doing this for me, but I'm glad he did. Its made by Turkey Nut Custom Strikers. Jeffrey Thompson is the owner and he's in Kathleen,Ga. This call absolutely sounds incredibly. I got 2, 1 piece strikers that are laminated. 1 has my name on it, pretty sweet to me.

It's a slate surface and not quite sure on what type of wood. I'm going to find out though. I have some darker wood strikers that's sound good in it too. Getting a glass over slate next.
