I have heard some great reviews on the Harrison owl and crowLocator calls. I noticed they come in a synthetic or wood version. Is there a advantage between one versus the other, I am assuming they both sound good. Thanks

I have the synthetic hooter and it sounds good.  I can not compare it to the wood hooter becuase I havent tried the wodden call.

I don't know about the synthetic ones but I have a matching wood set. Work amazingly well.

Owned both synthetic and wood owl and crow calls from James. Not much different than aesthetics. Both versions sounded incredible and authentic.
A quality paddle caller will most run itself.  It just needs someone to carry it around the woods. Yoder409
Over time...they come to learn how little air a good yelper actually requires. ChesterCopperpot
