The team name doesn't have to be that if you guys don't like it. If you have a better name, please post it up so the group can vote on our name.
Also, we need to make up a cool banner for our team. Being that we are cops and firefighters, I think it should have that theme in the banner. What do you guys think? I'm not very creative when it comes to stuff like that, so post up your ideas!!

I think it would be nice if the banner in some way had the American flag in it. Maybe it could include something both Cop and FF related like a Maltese cross, fire truck or 12 pack of doughnuts. Possibly an image of the fallen towers or something inspirational.

Did a search on Google for "guns and hoses" as it is a well used term and then clicked images only. Saw one that had a pistol on one side, and a nozzle on the other. If we were to use the skull of the Old Gobbler somehow .

That skull pic isn't bad. Old Gobbler was pretty nice to help us out in the past with designs for other teams. Let's bounce a few more ideas around, and give the rest of the team a chance to input on that design or a new one. Then I can contact OG. Or we might just have a computer guru on the team that can do it.

OK. How about this. Just couldn't get the skull of a turkey to work into the art work. It will have to go back to the designer if we need major changes.
I like it, except for the nozzle isn't very nozzle like. Its just an old fashioned straight pipe. If you could do a smooth bore nozzle with a hose coming off of it, that would be great!! :icon_thumright:

Here's a good pic of a smoothbore nozzle. Just needs a hose added. I think it would match up well to the guns side because this nozzle looks like a pistol.

I put the ideas to the designer. Use a pistol and a straight bore with a shut off. He said he'd try to work on it this weekend. I'm leaving on a trip and won't be able to get internet for a week. If he gets something to me before I'm out of touch, I'll post it.

Calls not returned. Just like today in the woods. My thoughts lets use what is here, and hope for better next year. I'll keep trying but not sure if much will come.
