Got mine in, they look good , but man are they heavy, to heavy for running an gunning all day
Anyone have a pack mule to rent out?
Does your husband hunt? Maybe he could carry them for you.
:TooFunny:
C'mon Sally, you gotta hit the weight room or sumthin.
Ha, dont think i'll be toting them on run n gun hunts no matter how much time i spend in the weight room, but they will see action on bowhunts when the blind is used.

Well i took the advice and started working out, those avians sure work, maybe next year i'll carry two at a time instead of one
Struttin and drummin at decoy 11-1/4" beard
Next day 11-3/8" beard , struttin n drummin
This un actually poked a hole in he upright hen, jumped her 4 r 5 times, strutted n drummed round her for 4 to 5 minutes
Played a part in thos one also
Appreciate the helpfull advice, thanks
Yes they are heavy but we have killed six gobblers over the Jake and breeder this year..... The jake has taken a beating like I have ever seen multiple times
i like the avian decoys
They are by far the best decoy i've used, May have to get the jake before next year.
How do they compare to DSD?
I've never used the DSD, know folks that have,, DSD is a quality product for sure. The avians being collapsible is the reason i went with them. After a couple times out I realized they send you the carrying bag for a reason. Leave the avians blown up for the season as the folks at avian direct. Works a lot better that way. Another plus is the avian is in a suitcase headed to the airport in the morning. Ha
