Safe to shoot Fed H.W. thru a Remington SF

I am really wanting to try out the Federal heavyweight #7 but will it be safe to shoot out of my Remington super full turkey choke that's says lead only without causing any damage?

Not sure about the Federals but I use TSS in mine and it works great.
