Hey guys. I was planning on trying to take my son on a hunt to Texas for Rios and hogs, but it kinda' fell thru at the last minute....
I am however, booking a hunt to take him to Kentucky. We're going to hunt with Dan Kendall up at Pennyrile in the western end of the state between Nashville, TN and Paducah, KY.
Dan is a paying sponsor here on OG and on team "Full Strut Productions".
We're looking at going the 25th thru the 28th of April.
2 bird limit, 1100 acres, semi-guided, lodging, no food included. - $600
Only 4 guys at a time, and I told Dan i'd ask and see if anybody from our team wanted to come and fill his camp up for that hunt and make it a "Gods of Thunder" weekend....any takers ? Need 2 more people....
If I wasn't going to be chasing Merriam in NM this year I would be there with you. Should be a good time...
Dang! that's Ohio's opening week or I'd take you up on it, been looking at some spots in Eastern KY for a few years just haven't pulled the trigger yet.
Went to school out there, nice country. Back then all I did in the Spring was bass and crappie fish. Good luck out there.

We start hunting at 1 pm on Thurs. the 25th and hunt til 12 noon on Sun. the 28th.
