Are there any mouth calls made similar to a grunt tube or duck call? I do ok with mouth calls but really don't like them in my mouth. Looking for something that does the same thing that's hands free
I don't think there is anything out that is "hands free". If there is I doubt it's worth a darn.
Try a tube call that's the closest thing to what you are looking for.
tube calls are just about as close to a mouth call you are going to get to without having the call entirely in your mouth.
