The Killer B's are. They zipped past us with an upgrade and a new, quality gobbler.
Not looking good for us, but it's doable, being in an 11.7025 point deficit. We've only got upgrades to catch us up. So get out there guys and shoot 'em in the face!!!

Thought I was going to close the deal today but the Turkey Gods said not so fast. Didnt realize when I set up this morning I was in his bedroom wow crap. He gobbled at my tree yelps nice and suttle then I heard him flying off the roost. Had 2 hen dekes out. When I caught him behind a tree seemed close but something was saying dont shoot. He walked away from me and the day went on a hen cut through but no gobbler with her. Pondering the shot later on the hunt I pulled out my Laser range finder, that tree where I first glimpsed him was 52 yds thats a poke for me so Im glad I didnt shoot and maybe maim the bird later to become a Coyote lunch.Back at it in the morning. Our weather is finally taking a turn for the good. Horrible first 4 days rain ,cold 32° winds hitting 25 mph guys it was ugly but it,s turning around.
