They both look great Greg, but I will go against the grain here and say I prefer your original style. Like my wife, I like it a little thicker in the middle..gives you something to grab a hold of. Is the sound any different?
Those look good !

Thanks Jeff.....Yeah, I really like them both, the original will always have a soft spot with me, but turning the new one has been a lot of fun too. Sound-wise.....well, I am one of those guys that says everything affects the sound, so they will have some differences to them due to build characteristics. Heck, I can hear differences as I shape the calls, as more wood comes off the tone/play-ability changes. Can't say one is better than the other, but they are slightly different, even with the exact same internals and wood species.
Well I've received that black beutie
Sharp looking and sweet sounding call
Greg I thank you for a really good sounding call
Much appreciated ...........

Thank you for posting your thoughts, I am very happy that you like the trumpet. These recent calls have my newest internals and profile, so it is great to get the feedback.
Take care....Greg
Very very sweet units...like the shape and the finish that you used on them.????????

Thank you sir.....I have used lots of different finishes, they all work, but the key to it all is prepping the wood.
Sharp Gregg!
New vs original,I'm on the fence.
I really like the looks of your original style. Kinda your signature

Appreciate it Chuck.....guess I have just been lucky to come up with 2 styles that seem somewhat acceptable.
