Hi guys i wanted to know if anybody here has any experience in shooting a Jellyhead Choke with the Federal Flight Control Wad? or if you are even able to use this combo together. I have a bunch or Fed #6 and #7 along with a .690 Jellyhead. THANKS!!!

From what I have been reading, the flitecontrol wad was designed to keep all of the shot together until a certain point. The Jellyhead choke is designed to strip the wad from the porting. I was told that it just might cancel out the objective of the FCW. I'd be interested though in knowing your results because it seems like a great shotgun shell and I bought a .655 Jellyhead for my new Stoeger M3500.

I tried it in my NEF and it didn't pattern well.  The stock tube gave much better results.  It did however make a huge difference with mag blends.  It was a big improvement over the stock tube.

Yep, .690 JH and blends or nitors is a great combo.

Is there much difference with the .695 JH?
