Title: A new respect for box call makers

After making my first two box call, and seeing what it takes, I now have a better appreciation for those that make box calls.  It's not that easy...

Andy,  Good to hear you are making progress, but I knew you would...if you end up making box calls as good as your pot calls, well then the gobblers of Pennsylvania better look out! :fud:

Lids are no problem, it's the side rails and tuning..
another one going into the wood stove today.

I have only ever made 3 boxes and 2 sounded good. I know what you mean when you say you have a respect for them, then again I have respect for any good call maker. Good job on the box andy :icon_thumright:
