Title: Convert Rem. Express Youth 20 ga. to 28 ga ????????

I have a Youth Rem. Express 870 20 ga. Since the 20 ga. & 28 ga. use the same frame , would it be possible to change the barrel and the bolt and slide plate and have a functional 28 ga. ????
