Tough Mudder

Ran a Tough Mudder last Saturday and it was a lot of fun. They said the course was 10 miles but my GPS said it was a little over 11 miles. I probably was one of the older participants at age 61. Most of the people were in the 25 to 30 year old range. Another thing that is off my bucket list plus I am in good shape to run up and down those Tennessee ridgelines. It was a lot of fun and would highly recommend doing it and they serve you a cold beer at the finish line.
