Title: Venison Meatloaf
Post by: hunter22 on September 23, 2015, 07:28:35 PM
Here's a dish I made for dinner. I got the recipe from Roger Raglin. This is about as good of meatloaf as I have tried.

1. 2 lbs. ground venison
2. 12 oz. can of tomato sauce
3. 1 package of stove top stuffing
4. 1 meatloaf seasoning packet
5. touch of garlic powder
6. salt
7. 1 onion and 1 apple diced
8. 1/2 cup milk
9. 2 eggs

Thoroughly mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl and place in a baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Take out of the oven and cover the top with ketchup and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Good stuff. Enjoy.
