Went back to the range with my browning silver and new rhino 670 today. Shot h13 3-1/2 2-1/4 6s & 7s. Here are my results at 40 yds in 10" circle
6s. 164 & 198
7s  207 & 215
What do you think ?   Thanks Brent

any of those will wack a turkey at 40.
Any idea as to why the big difference in the #6 shot? There is a difference of 34 hits vs only 8 on the #7's.
Is your barrel polished?

Those patterns will kill turkeys but I wouldn't be content with those results at all, especially considering the fact that you have a polished barrel in an earlier post.

Are you sure the person who polished your barrel knew what they were doing?
Are you using a boresnake to clean your barrel between shots?
Are you benched when shooting?

Are you sure that your point of aim is not different from your point of impact and that some of the pattern is not missing the target entirely?

POA POI is a little off  but I shot a 36 x 36 pc of paper and drew circle around densest part of pattern. The two highest numbers were from a clean barrel but the lower numbers were not. I polished the barrel following the method posted on OG. Looks like it turned out well to me , but I am no expert. I am ok with those numbers but not completely satisfied. Especially after shooting an 870 for years that would smoke that.
