Did Remington ever make a 22" or 24" 12ga Turkey style barrel for the 1100 Magnum?

If so I need to find one but this is really a question as to if they really made them or not

No not as far as I know. I had a 1100 magnum i remember it had a long barrel and fixed choke but it was a turkey killer. Sorry i ever sold it,one very durable shotgun.

Mine has a 26" barrel interchangeable chokes and is a shooter but I wish barrel was a little shorter. It's not my #1 turkey gun by no means but it would be fun to take it

Every 1100 Magnum I ever saw had either a 28 or 30 fixed choke. Usually a full choke.  They were marketed for waterfowl.

I've never seen one like that. The receiver doesn't appear to have any scroll work.

That's a rare one there...they made some parkerized 1100s in 1985/86 with 26 barrels. Then the 11-87 showed up in 1987. At least that's what I'm thinking yours is. Great guns.

What is parkerized? And yes it shoots very good and I have never had any problems with it

The receiver and barrel if I'm not mistaken...the Special Purpose 11-87 was parkerized in 87/88 then went to a rust friendly cheaper matte finish.

I had to research it...I remembered reading about them but I'd never seen one.
