For me it would be impossible to name just one singular favorite, as that changes all the time. If I had to possibly name each of my favorite surface combos and makers it'd be the following:

Glass - Mike Longnecker glass over aluminum.
Bronzed Glass- Brad Roberts BG over slate.
Crystal- Jimmy Schaffer crystal over glass.
Slate - Paul Durham slate over glass.
Ceramic- Chad Hutcheson ceramic over glass.
Aluminum- Lon Trice Stoned aluminum over aluminum.
