SBE2 Hevi 7s. Rob Roberts .640

I was stuck on Hevi/Xtended Range 6 getting good numbers and even patterns.  I got hooked by you 7 shooters after reading forum posts.
SBE 2  Rob Roberts Choke .640  with his custom work of barrel porting, lengthened forcing cone, and polished.
86 degrees. Hevi 7s.  2.25 oz.  Lasered distances 10" circle counts.
40 yd average 335
50 yd average 207 ( 5 shots )
60 yd 168  only 1 shot
I am SOLD on 7s!!!

That 60 yard pattern is no joke

Man that is awesome! I shot the hevi 7's in my SBEII with a Rhino 0.660" and averaged 278 at 40 yards. I have not done any barrel work yet, but am considering it. Was your barrel clean? Did you clean between shots?

Deep cleaned about 15-20 rounds ago.  Only swabbed out with a dry mop between shots yesterday. 
The 60 yard pattern could be a fluke, but I will try it again later.

I also had Mr. Roberts work on my SBE, and SBE 2. I spoke with Mr. roberts for about 45 minutes 1 day and was very impressed, and made too feel very comfortable with my decision. I sent both guns, "the SBE2 had never been shot, and 10 days later I was patterning them at home.......
I am very pleased and have Mr. Roberts, Crystal and all the people at his shop for the great job. Both guns shoot the Hevi's very very well.
