nothing, you just need adjustable sights... Plenty of turkey guns POA and POI don't match with tight turkey chokes and fixed sights

Ok are you right handed.  Check to see if you may be rolling the gun to the left if you are. Trigger pull and gun roll both small but added up to make one big problem.

Now get cheap shells (9's or 8's). Put target at 50 to 60 feet. Then shoot the gun. Try stock full choke and the other choke. This will help see if you have bad choke or the gun is off. Both choke shoot same it gun if they don't look into a different choke.  If you find it is the gun put rifle sights on it for fast fix.
Tell us just how dead do you want them to be and we will see if we can get that for you.

Move the rear sight to the left... All adjustments you want to move POI to POA not POA to POI....

So if your pattern is low right, move it left up....

Take the barrel off and run a dowel rod down the barrel and knock the hull out

SR1

Open the action and bump the shell out with a cleaning rod.

Ha.  I do it all the time.  Just open the action fully and pull the shell out.  To shoot light loads you will need to install the barrel seal activator,  if they still make them like my old one.

The action wont budge  it opens about 1/4inch and i could see the bottom of the shell in the barrel

I have had this happen before. Here is what I have done, (you can if you want to). Put the butt stock on the ground, put your foot on the charging handle and push down. (NOTE: I AM GUESSING YOU HAVE ALREADY SHOT THE SHELL THAT IS IN THE CHAMBER.)

Well unscrew the cap and remove the forearm and pull barrel off.
