What is the best choke tube for Benelli Nova Youth Model 20 Gauge? Constriction? Has anyone had better luck with a particular brand of shell and weight?

Forgiving pattern id opt for a .555 and nitro loaded #7 hevi shot.

At this point with Hvwt and TSS nearly impossible to find, I'd find some Hevi 13 #7 or Longbeard #6. A Carlson choke tube ($35) .555 to .575 should do the job with either of those.

Not sure if it's actually for a youth but the post stated youth gun. If it is I'd never recommend the nitro shells.
The pressure is insanely high. Had friends guns that had nitro shells stuck in them. They needed to be pushed out w a stick. Another blew a barrel up twice on the same gun.
