Caldwell Lead Sled

The biggest thing to remember when using a lead sled or similar device is to not over load it with weight. I use 2 Old Chicago solid bricks in mine. They fit perfectly in the tray and reduce the recoil enough my wife shoots her 300 RUM out of it regularly. I've never noticed any poi issues when using the sled vs hunting.
