Question...have you ever seen real gobbler and hen making out ....?   

Many times.  Mainly field turkeys.  But I have seen the in timber also.

Watched two Toms breed 6-8 hens in the woods about 20 yards from me for about 20 minutes, never had a clear shot at either. 

Watched a tom strut and dance in a field for 45 minutes or so and watched him breed two hens, this was actually the first time I saw it. 

Have watched jakes get on top of a dead tom and do breeding motions as well.
