Has anyone tried the Tristar raptor turkey gun ? Looks pretty nice just wondered how it shot   Was thinking about selling my 835 to get one

I had a 20 gauge that shot a foot or so low and ripped shells apart a friend had one exactly like it , his shot low too. It didn't tear shells up it just jammed them. His was sent back and was told it was in spec. So 10 " low was in spec at 25 yards . So back to bass pro they go for a refund.
Not apples to apples but you get the idea.
When they first started coming in to be distributed I did get some 12 gauges that were very good.
So who knows?

Keep your 835! I have had a Tristar and it shot way to the left. From what I have read some shot right some left some high and some low you don't know till you shoot it.
