saw my first one displaying in western ny,hope two ft.of snow melts so start seeing more

few years back I was up for youth season when there was still snow packs on the shaded side of mountains and piles in parking lots. Birds were all still winter flocked and the AM hunt was like 19 degrees.

Hoping it warms up soon or the regular season will end up like that this year LOL.
