Was looking at a Winchester 370, 12ga.  When the breech is open, the barrel hinge is a little loose and wiggles a bit.  When closed, the hinge and barrel don't move.

Is the wiggling, when open, anything to be concerned about?

Thanks much.

With the breech closed remove the forearm, grasp the barrel and the grip of the stock. Can you wiggle the barrel in any direction? If so there is a spacing problem w/the lug and/or water table so pass on the gun.
