Noticed something interesting with the fed 7's today

Patterned my 1187 youth today with a Carlson 575 and SSX 550 and was averaging around 140 pellets in a 10" circle at 40yds. Although, not the best numbers in a 10" circle, the head and neck numbers were outstanding. All my shots averaged around 55 to 65 pellets in the head and neck at 40yds. I thought that was pretty impressive!

I'd say you are exactly where you need to be.

If I had a dollar for every gobbler I thought I fooled I'd be well off!

Is anyone shooting the Fed 6s?  All I see posts for are the 7s and they've been hard to find in my neck of the woods.

Not really.  The 7's will kill a turkey at 40 stone dead and give you more shot in the 10" circle or killzone.  You are really just lowering your pellet count by going with the 6's in my opinion.
