I just got a Pure Gold Tempest (non ported) in 660 to try in my Browning Silver with the Fed HWT #7.  I will post up pics when I test it.
Have you had a chance to pattern that combination yet, Britton??

Britton40

I did, but I had a bad lot of shells. (16VX595). Federal stepped up and picked up the five boxes I had and shipped out some more to me today.  I've got a trulock .655 fed hwy and a ballistics specialties .655 turkey to test as well. Hopefully one will work.  It seems 655 is the magic number for a browning inv+.

The ballistics specialties machining is top notch. Better than any other choke I ever purchased.

I agree. The .655 Roy Rhodes choke I have that is made by Ballistics Specialties and my Browning Silver put 220+ pellets in a 10 inch circle at 40 yards with the 3.5" HW 7's.   :OGturkeyhead:

I have used the #7HW 3.5" federal in several guns.  In the invector plus we use a .665 carlson ext non ported choke.  In my citori they averaged mid 190's. In a buddies SX2 they averaged in the 210's.  In the 935 with a .675 carlson ext non ported they averaged almost 220.  In the remington SM they averaged 190's with the .665 carlson.

thanks
