Looking for a good pair of waterproof, pull on boots

Hey, time for a new pair of everyday boots. I am wanting a waterproof slip on boot, like a cowboy boot. Have looked and Red Wing, Justin, and Rocky. Man, they are high!! Any recs for a good boot? Comfortable, easy on and off, dry.
