Im looking at setting up a cva optima elite 20 gauge. I understand that these guns accept the invector chokes/ mossberg chokes. Have any of you guys set one of these up? I wondering about which choke I should try out.

I might buy the 59.99 barrel as well.. A good deal for sure..

How heavy is the gun with the 20g barrel.

the 12 was not heavy enough kicked like a mule

Just curious because the muzzy with the 29 inch barrel is heavy as a mule.. But I like it in a rifle

It's not heavy at all. I had a optima elite with the 12 ga barrell and it had a good pop to it. The 20 gauge should make for a good turkey gun.

I just picked up the CVA Scout 20 gauge turkey gun.  The slug gun weighs 5.7 lbs I think it said.
This thing weighs about five pounds I would guess.  It feels real nice but I have not had a chance to shoot it yet.
Love to hunt the King of Spring!
