this gun has a 30" full choke barrel

Winchester EXR 3" 1-3/4oz #6's
184 hits

Winchester XX(red) 3" 2oz #6's
190 hits

Kent 3" 2oz #5's
120hits
it's not the harvest,it's the chase

I'd also try the Win XX Supreme's (Black) 6's  1 3/4 oz also. They were my best patterning lead load. Looks like all of them would kill a gobbler at 40 yds if you did your part.
If I had a dollar for every gobbler I thought I fooled I'd be well off!

Good numbers for lead,  give the high velocity Win. a try they have always patterned best for me in lead.  Good luck!

Its always fun to step back and take out older guns and shoot with lead. My father in law has a nice 1100 wingmaster 20gauge that has killed alot of turkeys over the years.

I've got an old 3in 1100 that I'm redoing now. Having the barrel shortend, adding sure shot stocks, replaced the spring, piston\seal and giving it a paint job among other things.

Another very impressive pattern with lead
