what do you guys keep your floor depth and wall thickness at,,,

pappy

hahahaha...you're asking for secrets......I usually got between 1/8 and 1/4 inch floors, the depth I set according to the material used, and sound that I am looking for. Pot callers are personal so each one will differ somewhat...unless you trying to serve the mass population like Primos then just come up with a measurement feed it into a machine and go for it...pappy

I have no set rule. It depends on the type and condition of the wood. Each call is different.

1/4 in is good starting point get you self some hard maple cheap wood and start from their keep track what you making,, get the sound you want.
For my pots  pedastal hight and thickness play more of a roll on sound and sound board to playing surface distance.
