MAD Choke

I have an older MAD choke I got from Cabelas several years ago. Its  Benelli Mobil .660 and the part # is 1004. Just wondering what the difference is between it and the Super Max.

The Super Max has a different port design (much like an Indian Creek tube) and the constriction size is .675.  The Mad tube you have now also came in a .650 constriction for Benelli threads.
