Trouble I have with acrylics is keeping the tools sharp enough. I've tried carbide tipped tools but I seem to inadvertently get it in to deep and it chips the blank. But all said and done along with some cussing they sure turn out nice.

Received an Acrylic a few months ago from Rick Alessandrini and it's an amazing trumpet ... He doesn't make a lot of Acrylic trumpets and he said this would probably be his last ... LOL
That's a fine looking trumpet ...
