I need some help on my patterns.  I can get around 280 to 310 @ 30 yards but only around 110 @ 40.  I am using a choke from Rob Roberts (.655) with nitros also tried a jellyhead.660.

Benelli M2 24 inch
I have tried:
Nitros
hevi shot
mag hevi shot
winchester ex range
I need all the help i can get, kinda new to turkey hunting.

What size shot you using? Smaller shot will give you more hits. As long as the law allows smaller shot. I use Indian Creek .665 in my SBE2. I get 475 in 10" @35 yrds. Tss #9's 3" shell 2oz load. These are my handloads.

You should call Rob for some more info. When you buy a choke from him he will exchange constrictions until you find what works best out of your gun.

Rob has worked extensively with Benelli shotguns and every turkey load under the sun. He is big on Federal Heavyweight and Winchester Xtended Range but regardless of your chosen load, he will help you make it perform.

Try these with either a PG or IC choke.

Completely missed that... Them are some crappy Nitro patterns.. Maybe they actually have 4s 5s and 7s instead of 7s 8s and 8.5s LOL

I would open her up, definitely call Rob

#11
Rob did the work on my M4 and found a lighter load (of what turned out to be a mix of 7.5 & 8 shot from a Hevi 13 3" 1.75oz load) worked best. Was using a ported Comp-N-Choke XXXFull, but Rob's non-ported 655 picked up 30 pellets in 10" circle.
Center ring is 20", outer is 30".

Thanks for everyones help.  I went with a rhino .660 choke and it helped a lot.  I think its a desent pattern.

Benelli M2
Rhino .660
Nitro h378i
