pure gold or indian creek for a nef 10 guage.?

Hello I am shooting an nef 10 guage using nitro 4x5x7 with a .720 rhino choke. I want to try straight #7 and maybe trying a tighter choke. Should I go with a pure gold or an indian creek and what would be a good size to get. thanks Jeff W.

I have a new Pure Gold .690 , I also have straight #7's and triplex H210- I plan on testing it out soon - I will let you know as soon as I get this done--Shannon
